Management Trainee Program.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
• Our Management Trainee Program is a 6-month intensive experience designed to
provide a robust foundation for smart Graduates who desire to build careers in different
functions within the marketing space.
• The program combines on the job, classroom, and soft skills training to equip
participants with the tools and knowledge required to succeed in Octoplus Marketing
• An offer of full-time employment with Octoplus Marketing is guaranteed for candidates
who successfully scale through the Management Trainee Program.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A typical day on the job will involve.
• Collaborate with Head of Digital Marketing to assist in the creation and execution of digital
marketing strategies.
• Gain hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing
campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, web and app.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, engage with the audience, and help develop
social media accounts, engage with the audience, and help develop social media content
calendars.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including creatives and developers to ensure digital
marketing efforts are integrated and aligned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must reside in Dakar, Senegal
• BSc from a reputable institution with at least a Second class upper (2.1) degree in Marketing,
Business, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Be between the ages of 19 – 30 years.
• 0 – 1 year work experience.
• Must be fluent in French and intermediate level English.
• Google digital marketing certificate is a plus.
• Must be open to learning and sharing ideas.
