  • Maintaining order in the office
  • Receiving, recording and referring incoming correspondence and telephone calls
  • Recording outgoing correspondences
  • Setting up agendas for project manager.
  • Arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system.
  • Preparing and processing a variety of documents and materials.
  • Assembling reports.
  • Managing office supply inventory.
  • Managing petty cash for lunch and office supply expenses.
  • Managing airport greetings and pick up/drop off for outside visitors.
  • Booking flights, hotel rooms and restaurants for business meetings.
  • Maintaining a database of office equipment suppliers, subcontractors, local restaurants and hotels

Mastering of English language. Ability to speak/write Turkish will be a plus.
