Elite RH recrute un Technical quality supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator, the TQS will ensure the services rendered by the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. The TQS coordinate the activities required to meet these quality standards.
Work with the O&M team to set the company service standards for quality as well as for health and safety
Manage and monitor the routine maintenance schedules for equipment and buildings
Monitor and control consumables, materials and equipment requested by Technicians for campus and housing maintenance and repair
Monitor and assess the quality of Campus, its maintenance and Housing repairs
Be able to work on a flexible schedule and on weekends if needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A degree or higher Diploma in Business Studies/Management, Materials Science/Technology
A post Graduate Technical qualification or a technical background is a necessity
Relevant experience in similar position
REQUIRED SKILLS
Extended knowledge in plumbing. Other technical areas are a plus
Effective oral and written communication skills in English and French. Oral fluency in Wolof desired
Excellent Computer skills; Word and Excel including database management and record keeping.
Have a current driving license, and can operate a standard transmission vehicle
Leadership skills; confident, self-motivated and willing and able to voice opinions
A team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills
