We are looking for an ambitious Head of Fleet Business Development with a financial background to support the growth of fleet operations in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal. In this role, you will secure financing for fleet partners, manage partner relationships, support local teams, and oversee operational performance across the markets.
Responsibilities:
- Securing external financing to support local fleet partners
- Managing partner relationships and negotiations to achieve business targets
- Leading and supporting local fleet managers in a cross-functional environment
- Overseeing day-to-day fleet operations and supporting their development
Requirements:
- Experience in finance, investments, investor relations, or working with funds
- Team management experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Readiness for business travel
It’d be a plus if you:
- Have experience in consulting or technology companies
- Have international work or educational experience
